First, I told the hotel that the air conditioner had stopped when I went through the formalities. It was already more than 4 p.m. at that time. Then, the room I booked included breakfast, but there was no breakfast before 9:30 the next day. There was only some salad left. I didn't even have a bowl of hot porridge.
